It has been too long since Randall and Yvonne have been operating this blog. Last update was back in 2018. Before the world changed. We have also had some personal dramas to cope with and of course we are four years older. But maybe it is time to move back into gear and get on with the rest of our lives. We will see what happens

Is the what we are looking for? Perhaps we are on the wrong continent? Perhaps this is just a practice blog for RDK?

First Plans Summary
As at the start of March 2007, we have selected the locations where we will be staying and they are:
- In the north of the LOT department in the commune of Saint Michel Loubejou. This is one of our favourite areas. We are very pleased that our daughter Rachael, her husband Ashley and their new son Jayden will join us here for a holiday in May.
- Still with Ashley and family, we then move a few kilometres to the Dordogne near Domme where we will be tourists enjoying the chateaux and markets!!
- From the Dordogne we will head to the emerald coast of Brittany and stay just outside of St Malo. Our younger daughter Sarah will join us here for most of June.
- As we are aiming to experience at least a bit of Le Tour the three of us we will then spend the first three weeks of July at Jaulzy (near Compeigne). The holiday bit will finish here and we then will move south again to resume our transformation considerations.
- Three weeks in Poitou-Charente over late July/early August follows before we move again to Denat in the Tarn for the rest of August.
- Of course, one has to participate in the Rugby World Cup and so September is earmarked to be around Montpellier in the Herault.
At this stage of our planning, we are committed to be in Paris in early October for some
Rugby and this then leaves a few weeks to either revisit areas or to clear off somewhere else in Europe for a break in routine!!
