On the way home we spent a few moments checking out the nearby village of Monesties - another “Un des plus beaux villages” of France. The locals here were preparing for a communal evening meal and concert as we walked by. We checked out a small art gallery on the edge of town and watched the locals playing boules before heading home.Saturday 18 August 2007
